Welcome! My Name is Deija Bennett, owner of Citrus Valley Massage Therapy in Redlands, California.. Prior to becoming a massage therapist, I worked in the hospitality and administration industry, so I understand too well how stress and chronic pain can negatively impact your well being and quality of life. Since enjoying the benefits of massage in my personal life, my mission has become to help others in their wellness journey. Since 2009 I’ve had experience working for chiropractors and also served in the spa industry. I offer a clinical/therapeutic approach in my services while customizing each session to your individual needs. Currently, I have served my clients for 14years specializing in chronic neck and back pain. I incorporate deep tissue techniques in a way that also promotes relaxation. As a Massage Therapist and a servant of Jesus Christ, I believe that every person has a purpose in life and deserves to have the opportunity to achieve their goals without pain getting in their way. I work to serve God by serving others in creating a safe and compassionate environment for you to discover what will help you lead an amplified life of purpose. Cancellation Policy
*My Studio is located in a charming victorian building.

*A valid credit/debit card will be required or prepayment to reserve your appointment. For Clarity, this is just to reserve your appointment. Charges apply if you cancel less than 24 hours. See cancelation policy below.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING:
If I am not able to make a scheduled appointment, I agree to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. I agree to pay 50% of the full session rate if I give less than 24 hours’ notice.
I agree to pay the full session rate if I give 2 hours’ notice or less, or if I miss an appointment without giving notice.
If within 24 hours of my session, I develop a contagious illness or have a sudden, unplanned health or personal emergency rendering me unable to make my appointment, I will inform CITRUS VALLEY MASSAGE THERAPY right away, I will pay the cancellation fee, or session fee (if less than 2 hours notice).
Pregnant Clients: If I go into labor within 24 hours of an appointment I agree to notify CITRUS VALLEY MASSAGE THERAPY and you will waive the cancellation fee. If I go into labor and do not notify CITRUS VALLEY MASSAGE THERAPY, and I miss my appointment, I agree to pay the full session rate.
I understand that I am still responsible for my appointment until I hear back from a staff member confirming they received my text or phone call requesting cancellation/rescheduling.
*Please understand I am reserving this appointment time just for you. Text message reminders are sent out 48 hours and 24 hours prior to your appointment, so you may give your service provider plenty of notice of any changes.
ARRIVING ON TIME/SESSION LENGTH:
I understand I must arrive 5-10 minutes early for my appointment in order to get the full session time I have scheduled. If I arrive on time, or late, I understand the therapist can only give me whatever time remains of my appointment, and that I will pay for the full
length of the session that I booked.
I understand that in order for me to receive the best massage therapy possible, I know that I have to communicate ANYTHING and everything, including my needs, preferences, requests, or feedback, at any time before, during, or after my massage. I take it upon myself to communicate right away if there is anything distracting me or if I feel unwell or uncomfortable at any time during the session so that any adjustments can be made.
